In retrospect, one of the worst things Jon Stewart did was kill Crossfire, a show that represented America's divide and would be far better than the 8 person panel snoozefests of today.

Jon Stewart spent 20 years convincing people that things are only as true as they are entertaining and then got mad when a professional entertainer was elected president. He’s a self-righteous hypocrite and I’ve never understood the hero worship he gets.

He also had the unique comedic placr of instead of mocking those in power consistently, when his people got elected he went from "speaking truth to power" to sucking up to it.
