I know that's not what you meant, I'm just a bit limited by the Twitter character limit, I could've tried rewriting that a bit better. I feel like they could make an AI that would find patterns in certain companies claiming things randomly, which could help the situation.
I feel like if a copyright claim is released, the one that filed the claim should get a copyright strike. Three strikes and their account is deleted. There needs to be punishment for false claims.
The problem is that this could get companies that abuse the system, but since there are so many music video reuploads, etc. and they're mainly from these companies it would backfire on Youtube and they may even be sued for not letting them claim earnings on something they own.
