    Russian side events will be cancelled or widely boycotted, and walkouts during Russian contributions are planned. MS are refusing to support the Russian resolution L3 - which cannot therefore pass in any form (& was awful anyway) 15/

    Almost all member state plenary statements so far have included powerful condemnations of Russian. This is clearly coordinated action - unprecedented in the CND (where convention dictates Member states are not named/criticised) Civil society contributions likely to follow. 14/

    After a morning meeting to talk about Overdose Prevention Centres, we've arrived in Llanelli town centre with the ambulance and 4335 flowers to commemorate last year's drug-related deaths. Come to Central Square to see for yourself this afternoon!
