    Your gender presentation not "matching" the gender marker on your ID is NOT a legal reason for you to be denied the right to vote. Check out guide at & call 866-OUR-VOTE if you have issues.

    To cast a ballot in person in Georgia, voters are required to present a government-issued photo ID. If poll workers think there’s a mismatch between your appearance, ID, or voter registration, then they may stop you from voting.

    Still true beyond early voting: Your gender expression "not matching" 🙄🤦🏽‍♂️your photo ID *does not* bar you from voting. Tell a friend to tell a relative to tell your neighbor!

    #3 Having an ID that doesn’t match your gender identity or presentation doesn’t bar you from voting. If you don't have a photo ID when you arrive to vote, you can STILL VOTE. Complete a provisional ballot & present your photo ID at your local registrar’s office B4 1/9 4/

    🎉🎉We DEFEATED one of Trump’s cruelest attacks on trans people! When Trump tried to kick us out of homeless shelters, we knew it would take a tsunami of opposition to stop him. And we pulled it off! Very proud to work with & 🎉🎉

    The anti-trans shelter rule was of the most harmful regs proposed by the Trump team, and its defeat is one of the biggest achievements of the housing justice and LGBTQ equality movements in the past 4 years. We enter the next 4 on very strong footing for trans housing justice.
