@Oessysc2 looks like the USB port I used to plug the Windows drive in before was not configured properly. I plugged it straight to the mainboard and the installation worked now.

Ive had it where it freezes or doesnt lod, never had those colours and stuff before. Good job.

Yeah I think I also found that 1 of the RAM slot doesn’t work (went through and tested all the ram bars and slots) shame cuz if I want to add 2 more bars later it wont work but at least I found the root cause of the freeze now.
