Good news: I rebuilt my PC!
Bad news: it started but didn’t looks like the monitor or mouse or keyboard got anything, just the CPU fan running and the RAM lights going up

Sounds like it’s not picking up the hard drive, does it boot bios or anything? Or literally nothing on the monitor?
I think it was the ram, I unplugged 2/4 ram bars out and it booted up once into bios, then now got into the perpetual loop of booting into nothing then restarts. Removed the cmos battery now, let’s see if I can get back into Bios after.
