Command and Conquer 3: Tiberian Wars and Kane's Wrath, has bridges with HP, and you can target fire the ground to kill those. It is so freaking reward to "nuke" an army away by deleting the bridge under it.

i always thought destroyable terrain was one of the main things missing in SC2. Brood War had it, and it's rather commonly used by mapmakers via neutral zerg eggs or gas assimilators to block/narrow paths
