Do you know when adopting parents could travel to meet their childs?

I think that's not a priority right now, as the "VNese citizens who are stranded and need assistant" are ones that get repatriated/can travel to VN. However, the parents can contact the Vietnamese embassy in that country and they'll try to do as much as they can.

Trust me that this is a VERY IMPORTANT priority if my son is in an orphanage waiting for me to come.

as I said, Vietnamese's government priorities are the Vietnamese people stranded. Everything else will need to be checked case by case by the embassies, and it's better you contact the embassy so they can process your case than tweeting at the gov's twitter account.
