lmao that's pathetic, at least she got her mattress. Tbh, for me, the best service is the actual Austrian Post because they have those package boxes at your entrance they can put your stuff into when you're not home, and usually if you need to pick up something they're closer
ALTHOUGH the express/fresh post did only deliver one of my fresh meat orders on Monday instead of Friday leaving the meat no longer cooled
