That's cuz we dont really get a choice, online shops use them and we have to deal with them. But then again UPS is almost as terrible, their website don't really work so all the delivering options they give us are worthless

After fighting with them for 6 weeks they reluctantly sent one out. Then it took 4 weeks to arrive This literally happened a couple weeks ago

lmao that's pathetic, at least she got her mattress. Tbh, for me, the best service is the actual Austrian Post because they have those package boxes at your entrance they can put your stuff into when you're not home, and usually if you need to pick up something they're closer
