That's cuz we dont really get a choice, online shops use them and we have to deal with them.
But then again UPS is almost as terrible, their website don't really work so all the delivering options they give us are worthless

After fighting with them for 6 weeks they reluctantly sent one out. Then it took 4 weeks to arrive This literally happened a couple weeks ago
