Vietnam is very impressive. The opposite of what I expected initially. I think their previous experience with pandemics helped them a lot because they already had the infrastructure & mindset in place.
Yeah the experience certainly helps but also the fact that people are very health-conscious & community/family-minded. The deputy prime minister did say, the gov can try all they want, but if people don't care then it'd have fallen apart.
