      My tip for u is to have a jacket with many pockets that u can stuff things in + they usually dont weight your laptop bag (depending on airline) I literally dragged extra 5 kgs with me on my body every time I do baggages weight, then I stuff stuff back into carry-on after 😂

      You need to read carefully, like Austrian makes a fuss about measuring your checked and carry on luggage to the 100g but doesn’t care abt your laptop bag/backpack, yet I think emirates counts laptop bag as part of carry on.
