they managed to delay spreading inside the community for sooooo long, Vietnam has only been put into a soft lockdown for 3 days. The number of new cases are actually lower than the number of people recovering from the virus right now and we hope it will continue that way.
also lol you know shit's weird when ever since February, WHO and the US CDC had to send people to Vietnam to learn of this mysterious disease containment blueprint.
