when the virus was first found in VN, in one of the early press conf, the minister of inner affairs hosted while being sick, so he started coughing mid-speech and everyone were like "eewww" silently and he was like "guys, I literally have a cold from being in the rain, stop it"
since the press conf was streamed online the whole chat was like "QUARANTINE HIM!!"
