      I mean 39 recorded, anything beyond that is just speculation is the thing There's always more cases than recorded because of weak symptoms but so far I've not heard anything like I have from japan where they're deliberately keeping numbers down

      none of the registered numbers do since there's likely to be a ton of unreported cases with really light symptoms and (this is pure speculation), there might be some connections to possibly missing infrastructure to test as well, but overall I'd believe the number tbh

      maybe at more remote cases or something but VN is one of the few (4th earliest) countries that can successfully produce fast test kits (and handed the tech over to WHO) for this. We got hit hard with SARS and MERS so we learned our lessons and have a whole blueprint ready to go.
