Yep, Vietnam has 30000 people in quarantine right now and is threatening that if anyone deliberately dodging it will be fined (money or even jail depending on severity of the case).
Vietnam had actuall 0 active case til the end of last week when a plane from Europe brought back all types of troubles (and quarantine dodgers).

yeah and the fees for all people in quarantine are being paid for by the government and they are considering paying those people damage for their loss of productivity as well. It's not like the thing is not causing a huge financial burden on the gov but health comes first.
