In Austria, it’s illegal to cover your face in public places. I wonder how it will play out if CoVid19 breaks out here

I went to the pharmacy today and they had a notice up that facemasks were sold out and they couldn't order any new ones. Nobody is wearing any masks, though

same here, and on amazon DE/AT (or worse, in IT), facemask price had been jacked up to insane level

Normal facemasks also don't really help too much. Viruses normally get spread mostly over hand to hand contact. People rarely sneeze in your face. Just wash your hands regularly and it should be fine. But yeah wild how things turn out

I feel like saying "people don't normally sneeze in your face? challenge accepted!" but that might not go over well seeing the current circumstances. I'll pocket it for later.

I have people coughing sneezing near me on public transports all the time. The ministry of health in VN did recommend using facemask to block people's body fluid particles. Only adjust the mask by the string is important, cuz if you touch the front you might get virus on hand

so yeah, basically you should use facemasks IF you know how to use and dispose it correctly.
