He deserves it, so much.
Hustled his way through NASL and WCS EU etc all those years ago. He was a casting machine. Seems strange to have him coming back, however.

I personally feel like leaving for a while is fine, but I have been "in the scene" for almost 5 years and have only seen him at HSC last year. That's too long. Don't come crawling back now that your other game is failing

I mean, he went to run Red Bull Esports, and did sc2 events for them, you can't really say he left the game.
