      10/10 was during my first ever concert when Elton stared into my eyes while singing a big part of the song (I was front row), then winked at me after “looking on, she sings a song, the word she knows the tunes she hums” cuz he saw me singing along to every single song so yeah 😂

      Amazing! that's so cool. I had kind of the same experience with Franz Ferdinand. I was the only one in the front without a phone filming Take Me Out so they looked surprised when they saw me :D

      Yeah Elton remembers my face and probably my name and kept interacting with me whenever I managed front row 🥰 It’s fun but at first I always got awkward af when he stopped walking and said “hi, I remember you” 😂 Elton remembers many of us regulars though so that’s neat.

      It’s so funny though because he knows I’m VNese (I wrote him a few times) and during Daniel, the video screen shows VN war footage and he always looked at me like “you like it?” Daniel is one of my least favorite Elton John songs 😂😂

      Lol I jebaited him into talking about football twice, once during the 2010 WC (before Ger 4-1 Eng). He went on a salty mini-rant about the Ger team getting the match ball 1 week before Eng team. Then he BM’ed the Austrian team (“Your team isn’t in the tournament anyway 😩”) 😂

      Anyway since Tiny Dancer, Your Song and Candle In The Wind are “basic bitches” choices, I wish ppl would look into/ cover the rest of EJ’s catalogue more. The man wrote ~500 songs, many are hits, even more of them are great and the live versions are always A LOT better 😩
