I have wandered into a random Christmas market and they have both fresh oysters and also a few massive pans of paella and melted cheese on top of ham, someone please take me away from here before I die...

Bologna is a beautiful city and its food is delicious, have fun :D

If you got the chance, go look for "Circolo Mazzini", it's a restaurant just outside the city center. I always end up there when I'm in Bologna, it's just so good
