That or make steak. There are some super easy steak videos on yt (basically leave it to room temp, salt pepper both sides, pan MEGA hot, butter in, steak in, buncha unchopped garlic and maybe other herbs, use spoon to scoop melted butter on steak, flip steak side every minute)

I love making steaks so much I don’t go to steak restaurants anymore. 7€ for 200g rib eye instead of 20-30 and I have learned to make the done level to exactly how I like it

Also, buy a bottle of beef bulgogi sauce + some kimchi + salad. Thinly sliced beef (can even buy soft beef and cut into small pieces yourself) + sugar + soy sauce (korean/japanese) + some of the bulgogi sauce to your liking => stir fry the lot

Even if you can’t find bulgogi sauce, soy sauce + sugar is basically the bulgogi flavor already (the sauce just makes it taste more exotic

Forgot to say that you should marinate the meat with the sauce mix overnight for max flavor. Throw mushrooms in with the meat if you want to look healthy

Yeah I used to travel so far and paid a bunch for bulgogi until I realized it was just stir fried beef, onion and mushroom with soy sauce and sugar
also you get the benefit of feeling like a korean pro while eating this
