And no Football Manager, please. I have sunk hundreds of hours of my life into various FM games. I'm not taking up that drug habit again.

Does anyone know some fun (cheaper) Tycoon games (not full out process optimization like Factorio) with some (base) building and managing elements? Can range from This War Of Me/Frostpunk-like to Pizza Tycoon. Preferably real-time and not turn-based like Civ.

can't go wrong with some good old roller coasters. check out openrct2, it's a total overhaul mod that has huge gameplay improvements and even adds multiplayer - or parkitect for the modern version
