Tfw my right ear couldn’t hear clearly, went to the doctor and he said my left ear needs treatment and now they are putting antibiotic into my left ear

Oh, hope it gets better soon! Had a similar issue a few years back when I first started uni - was super awkward because one ear was almost useless the entire time and I kept not understanding people, having to repeatedly ask what they said.
Gosh it feels like there is water in my ear yet I can’t shake it out and the bzzzzz is driving me mad

You're giving me flashbacks here - stay strong! I avoid sleeping on my ears nowadays (I sleep sideways, with my head held up by two pillows, with a gap for my ear in between) and it helped a lot back then. Took some getting used to, but maybe it can help you?
