      Almost fainted at the supermarket holy shit! It takes only 10' to bike from my place to the supermarket and I usually can make it without even breaking a sweat but today I was short on breathe half way through, by the time I was there I whited tf out 😰

      Head pounding, gasping for breath, nausea and sweating profusely, ended up sitting on the floor at the supermarket for a while😣 I hope it was just me being dehydrated & running low on blood sugar and nothing more serious 😖

      Im the last one to be giving medical advice since all of them come from webmd. I have the same symptoms but for heart palpitations. Maybe it was an off day for your body. If it happens again, to rule out heart, try blowing hard into the back of your hand.
