      Almost fainted at the supermarket holy shit! It takes only 10' to bike from my place to the supermarket and I usually can make it without even breaking a sweat but today I was short on breathe half way through, by the time I was there I whited tf out 😰

      Head pounding, gasping for breath, nausea and sweating profusely, ended up sitting on the floor at the supermarket for a while😣 I hope it was just me being dehydrated & running low on blood sugar and nothing more serious 😖

      yeah I sat at the supermarket for like 10', bought a sandwich and an orange juice then eat it there and made my way back slowly. I am still feeling slightly light headed but no longer horrible anymore
