Can blizz ban someone for match fixing from an official SC2 Olympic event? Asking for... knowledge

yea 2 BO5 is really fishy, but also it's difficult to call match fixing without external evidence from the game. In CSGO I buy power were only banned because there were leaked screenshots of them talking about fixing and we have seen accusations against players in SC2 unresolved.
IKR, this whole seagames qualifier thing have been one big pile of shit (not sure if you have seen my post about it)
