Something that Germans should appreciate more: Vietnamese food in Germany is so much better and more authentic than in Austria.
Most “Viet” food in Austria is cooked by Chinese cooks who never tasted Viet food soooo

I also know some Viet cooks but they also have to adapt the food to “generic Austrian-Asian” profile or they wouldn’t be able to sell very well
