Something that Germans should appreciate more: Vietnamese food in Germany is so much better and more authentic than in Austria.

I appreciate the fact that the place I’m eating at use the real hot chilly pepper from Vietnam and not the lame ass ones that aren’t spicy at all like the places in Austria.

Germans don't appreciate spices either though. I've worked at a pizza delivery service a while back. The owners were Indians, but they mainly made pizza and just had a few Indian dishes on the menu. Like.. Germans are usually the ones appreciating the "lame ass" spices as well XD

They'd cook the indian dishes with their usual spices and the way they'd serve it in their country - but only a few would appreciate it while most would say it was too hot.

I guess the Viet community is big enough in Germany for them to “dare” cooking Viet food more like how they should
