Gosh if everything goes right I hope to hell I will get the apartment I want (they will call on friday). It checks every box of my requirement, cheaper than the current one and I will be renting directly from the project owner, no longer having to sub-rent from someone.
and it's the type of rent that is semi-permanent so it's as good as buying a place
