To be fair - in the world of software development the brain is wired to name things as what they are instead of making up fancy names :D I won't judge them for it
Funny story, my team is now “split” into 2 mini dev teams and we spent a whole day today trying to come up with something funny. We still have no names

I just know if one of my colleagues (or myself) named something in a fancy way, rather than naming it after what it is - they'd get crap for it :D
