Indeed. I really hope more players and community figures (of any blizzard community) will speak up to cause some kind of change. But I wouldn't bet on anyone biting the hand that's feeding them :(

I did hear some shady shitty stuffs in OWL, The Premier Tournament itself. Although it fell more on Boston and HuK, it's scary how Blizz didn't give a damn how things were run by teams as long as players showed up to play.
