Even though Blizz did a few things that people deemed “killing esports” to SC, I honestly believe that the intention was good. SC just happened to be the game that encountered mistakes first and paid the heaviest prices.

Thank you, the leader who believed in StarCraft’s potential before it flourished, standing by it when the world called it dead, flew thousands of miles to see tournaments, bought fans in studio pizza, woke up at 5AM to watch games and tweeted passionately, etc. One true king.
