    Yesterday we assisted with the pursuit of this stolen Mazda on the M6 close to junction 12. It was stung & boxed in on the motorway as packages of drugs were thrown from the windows plus we found the vehicle contained weapons as well. Both occupants were arrested.

    - Officers from our have arrested a man on suspicion of burglary after a pursuit in . Car stolen in recent burglary from Lancashire. Offender tried to drive wrong way along M61 to escape. Tactical contact used to stop pursuit and protect public. No Injuries.

    Burglar in Cannock this evening were this Kuga & a 2nd car were stolen. A few minutes after being reported our sgt sighted them enetering West-Mids. After a short pursuit the driver crashes on the A41. Driver then lost a footchase to a Sgt over twice his age

    The driver of this Clio tried to evade one of our patrols in Quinton today. When he was detained checks showed he was wanted & had a recall to prison, he was also a disqualified driver & was in possession of some class A drugs. He was arrested & the car was seized. 👍🏼

    Another example of a well managed pursuit involving a motorcycle. After great use of Stinger the “biker” had no option. bike dumped & surrendered. Use stolen bikes? Ride them anti socially? Put people at risk? Think again. We can & do pursue bikes and use all tactics available

    Great to see Gaz on the mend. And good to swift progression of this case through the courts/criminal justice system. Keep the well wishes coming, it means a lot to Gaz, his family and his colleagues.

    This stolen Ford Focus was pursued around Stone Cross last night until the driver tried to enter the wrong side of a dual carriageway so it was stopped using tactical contact due to the danger posed to the public & the driver was arrested.

    The occupants of this van had just committed a burglary at Cycling2000 on area. Details passed to us & our sgt drops behind it a few seconds later. After a pursuit around all 4 occupants are arrested. The van was also stolen from Ward End a few days ago 👍

    More great team work between us & - This BMW had been stolen from B’ham yesterday & was involved in further vehicle thefts. On seeing the ‘Stinger’ trap ahead the driver tried to turn around. He failed to notice the police cars behind ready to pounce. 3 in custody

    Sunday night saw us out combatting ‘Boy Racers’ & anti social use of cars. Sevral vehicles stopped around the area around the NEC. 1 male was arrested for breach of the injunction, a 1st for he was sentenced to 20 weeks in prison suspended for 12 months.
