Covering undocumented immigrants is not new. As a healthcare provider for 20+ years, I have witnessed our taxpayer backed healthcare system being fleeced first hand on hundreds of related occasions. It's a system that is not policed/regulated well. To announce it and market it in exchange for votes is desperate and wrong.
