    Good news that my Economic Recovery Action Plan will be funded in full, that outdoor retail can reopen on 12 April and that my proposal to continue to support large hospitality sector was agreed. Another step towards reopening, recovering and rebuilding the economy

    Stormont sources say the budget paper contains a commitment from to provide funding for victims payments once discussions with the U.K. govts are concluded.

    Latest: attempts to agree a Stormont budget have hit a roadblock. Understand has been trying to reach agreement since mid March but DUP refusing to agree it. They want ‘clarity’ over CV19 schemes & victims pension. BTW it’s meant to be agreed by midnight tonight.
