As long as the third party copyright system stays the way it is, yup, absolutely, nobody disputes that. But in general, you adapt to the platform or pay the price... in this case that's claiming it. Nothing you can do about it , sueing is to expensive

...that site will automatically claim any video with that song. Now if it wasn’t Party in Backyard, PewDiePie or anyone else with the rights to the song that uploaded the video to this ‘site’, PewDiePie can request YouTube to remove all the false claims.

Also what makes this more suspicious and will help PewDiePie is that TuneCore listed the song as made by Pewd, not PewDiePie, so it was probably some 9 year old who reuploaded the song somewhere
