old media, retailers and consumers seeing games as just kids toys. Have we found the root of the issue?

That is the issue with the store not the game makers :S And in the end they are the ones being punished :(

I wouldn't think so, but even if so, surely the solution would be to not advertise said (or any) adult game in the toy section

But note the Huge R18+ logo on the cover which means its illegal to sell it to/for someone under the age of 18
