It was a deliberate attempt to mislead the public and cover up yet another Johnson gaffe.
Today, the BBC used 3 year old footage of Boris Johnson laying a wreath in order to protect Boris Johnson from ridicule at yesterday's gaffes where he stepped out early, arrived disheveled and placed the wreath upside down.pic.twitter.com/Yu92yKIZvg

A production mistake? The Queen was there and I think it’s 2 years since she’s been there, May was shown stood next to Jeremy Corbyn because she was PM. I’m cancelling my TV licence today I’ve had enough now if their blatant cheating lies.
