Less than 1/3 of Labour Party Members oppose Labour's current Brexit Policy. This data is in the exact poll you see every liberal newspaper talking about today, they just deliberately concealed the information from you.

    • Article 50 expires 29 Mar • EU Election on 23 May • It takes 147 days to hold a 2nd Referendum () • The earliest a 2nd Ref can now be held is June. • Thus, A50 would need extended, EU Elex need contested • Only Theresa May can make that happen

    • Article 50 expires 29 Mar • A GE legally must take 25 working days • HoC is in recess 14-25 Feb • Therefore a GE must be triggered before recess • A No Confidence vote defeat can trigger a GE (if no gov is formed in 14 days) • Therefore, a NCV must be won by 31 Jan for GE

A second referendum on : how would it happen? Who might be able to vote? And what is the minimum time needed to prepare?

The next time an adorably earnest & ever so polite FPBE folk tells you the only thing that stands in the way of a 2nd Referendum is Jeremy Corbyn, please pop this little trinket their way.

If May gets to 1 Feb without defeat in a No-Confidence vote, it truly does become a choice between Her Deal or No Deal. Her delaying tactics are most likely to keep the DUP onside. The DUP are the only thing standing between us & a General Election.

Reason? No-Confidence triggers a 14 day countdown to the proroguing of Parliament for a GE. Recess is 14-25 Feb. A GE takes 25 working days. A50 expires 29 Mar.

Opposition MPs have until 30 January to win a No-Confidence vote. After this date it becomes impossible to force a General Election before Article 50 expires.

Labour will most likely pursue all 5 of the Brexit Options above but to be frank & honest with you, Theresa May holds all the key cards. In particular she controls the bulk of Parliamentary debating time. That is key in these remaining weeks.

Options remaining for Opposition MPs: • Defeat Meaningful Vote • Table a Motion of No-Confidence • Use Grieve Amendment to convey “the will of the house” • Frustrate no deal Brexit by tabling amendments to HoC Bills • Use Opposition Day for vote to call for extension of A50

Jeremy Corbyn has issued a 3 line whip for Labour MPs to 100% oppose Theresa May's Brexit Deal. When her deal fails, he'll table a No-Confidence Motion because she has failed. Labour has 39% of MPs, we need MPs of other parties to succeed.

Greater Manchester has just announced a ban on fracking as part of its plans to become carbon neutral. Well done and all those who have campaigned for this.

A 2nd Ref Requires: •147 days notice (June at earliest) •An Act of Parliament •3 weeks debating time •Theresa May's Support •A50 Extension Application •320 MPs to back (Labour have 256) Without proactive & complicit support of Theresa May it can never & will never happen

A group of journalists taking seriously a thriller writers attempt to re-mark a PhD because he doesn't agree with (Dr) 's politics is just embarrassing. None of them seem to know (or care) how Doctorates work. Let's try and be more than cranky hobbyists ?

Update on Brexit Developments: • 20-40 ERG MPs say even if May fixes Backstop they'll vote against due to £39bn • DUP Sammy Wilson says he's very relaxed about a No-Deal Brexit • May will speak to Juncker today to pursue a legally binding addendum to Withdrawal Agreement.

Are they pig-headed or stupid enough to make this mistake? Probably, yes.
