    Former Glynn County District Attorney Jackie Johnson turned herself in on obstruction and violation of oath charges. Released on bond . Grand jury indicted her last week for alleged crimes in Ahmaud Arbery case.

    Starting asking about this this morning , released information at 7:52 tonight . 2 inmates died in jail Monday. ( deputies have started calling those serving time at jail “residents”).

    Lawyers on both sides in Ryan Duke murder case ( Victim Tara GRINSTEAD disappeared in 2005) say October trial now delayed due to COVID concerns . Judge officially not made ruling yet but met with attorneys yesterday. Trial potentially next year .

    JCPD is currently working a Serious Incident on Abbotts Bridge Rd near Abbotts Hill Elementary. We are working in conjunction with Fulton County Schools to coordinate the students being released safely. Bus students will be released first followed by carpool riders.
