You were. Why anyone criticizes you for giving a fair opinion based on ability AND belief is beyond me. Foles was very good in college and was drafted for his ability to eventually lead a Super Bowl winning team. Backup or no, he deserved the MVP.

Faith does change a man’s character one way or the other. Very thoughtful response. If someone like Foles shares that with you and tells you he contributes his faith towards his success, then you are just reporting on the man.
