I think that should be informational and not a warning. Turning it off will break so much stuff (and make people less secure).

I have been thinking a lot about that. You are probably right, for most domains might be just INFO and then leave user to change it if needed. I’ll change it.

I would flip the logic here. Without Certificate Transparency enabled, in the near future Chrome won't trust your domain, and thus users won't be able to visit your site.

Agreed but in some cases you don’t want a certain certificate to be public, should it be INFO in any case?
