🎉 New "project" and it is 100% CSS 😄
Did some web dev and missed the iOS colors like `systemFill`, `secondaryBackground` and similar. So "ported" these into CSS.
Now you can do:
.container {
background: var(--systemFill);
}

Curious if anyone uses banner ads in any of their iOS side projects and is it worth it as a passive income in a side project? Is it better do use a pay wall on a feature?

Just released my first Swift Package 📦
It’s called SwiftUI Buddy and it’s basically pre-fabricated custom components like Buttons, Pickers, Progress Bars, etc. that anyone can use in their Swift App
So excited!

How about a cool Xcode tip to start the week? 😀
Did you know that you can easily duplicate one or several lines of code, just by doing “⌘ (Cmd) + D” 👌

Today a new third-party #Mastodon app, Ice Cubes, launched on iOS. At least two more, Ivory from and Mona from , are being developed. Third-party apps are where the innovation happens!

Absolutely agree 💯% with & .
I wish I remember where I saw it but I always remembered someone else that said, "Don't fight the framework."
It's like when I see junior devs trying to force a project to use a certain architecture.

We’re begging Apple: please, *please* Sherlock us! 😂
At the end of our series on modern SwiftUI we ended up utilizing 9(!) libraries that we feel mostly fill in gaps that Apple hasn’t yet dealt with.

Exploring different #SwiftUI architectures like MVVM, MV, Container Pattern, #Redux, and TCA to find the best fit for your app. Each has its own strengths and trade-offs, so it's important to test and evaluate before making a decision. #iosdev.
