BREAKING / NBC News: The FBI has arrested Robert Chain, 68, from Encino, California for threats they say he made to The Boston Globe following their recent editorial about the press. Chain allegedly referred to the Boston Globe as "the enemy of the people" in phone calls.

They have him for the simplest count, I believe, for Threats in Interstate Communications. 18 USC 875
Minimum felonies are still felonies.
In local law, it’s only a Misdemeanor. I don’t know if the Federal statute is much higher.
He faces up to 5 years in prison.

I knew this would happen as soon as I read the orange one's "enemy of the people" garbage. Actually, I expected more threats like this. Many of his base seems to have some type of cognitive impairment, if their tweets are an indication of their mental faculties.
Their votes are also an indication of their mental faculties.
