I ask everyone to get behind @Zishi_Zhang he is a Chinese student studying in my country. He is being demonized & smeared by anti-China journalists (such as Melissa Chan) for daring speak out against Hong Kong. They think he has no right to disagree. Please show him your support!

The journalists are attempting to accuse him of being a CCP agent infiltrating the university just because Chinese students there voted against a motion supporting Hong Kong, so therefore it must be "manipulation, coercion, brainwashing, etc". This is unacceptable conduct by them

Journalists should stay out of the business of political commentary on things that they are suppose to report.

This is bullying. Please lodge formal complains to relevant parties on behalf of us. A chinese student doesnt have the advantage in language when defending himself against these very experienced medias.

Attacking his credibility and launching a smear campaign sounds about the same on the strategies they used on Jeffrey Wigand, and that was back in 1996. The strategies never change huh

Journalism is dead. Journalists are least trusted professionals these years in many survey conducted by objective orgs. Suddenly they were objectively reporting China? Many journalists have degraded vile political weapon to sell sensational repoerts to fill their govt agenda.pic.twitter.com/sOkHHMFEi5
