For either: a) Government will represent the interests of the people in quickly driving fossil fuel use to zero. With fossil fuel stocks plummeting likewise.

It is the fiduciary obligation of every fund manager to divest from all fossil fuel related companies - that includes the banks that loan to them.

Or b) Government will continue to represent the interests of the fossil fuel industry - pretty quickly driving the human population to zero. In which case there will be no one to approve the fund managers' bonuses. There is no third way There is no Planet B.
