Do I have this right? Putin has his Intelligence unit directly offer Taliban fighters in Afghanistan bounty money to kill American and allied soldiers.

I'm pretty sure that Putin would pay anyone there to kill Americans, and he is the problem here. Putin's goal is to keep America mired in this endless war. Curiously that is also the goal of the for-profit American military contractors there.

Incredibly we pay those contractors 10x more than our soldiers earn. Yet they are not subject to military command. They are not subject to military code. They are Not subject to Afghan law. They are lawless individuals that report only to their corporate masters.

They can and do kill Afghans at will, creating terrorists, sustaining the endless war. Putin pays Afghans to kill American soldiers and the traitor Trump does not intercede.
