I would be more than welcome to a discussion! My views on UBI are that I'm not against it but feel we need to work on solving other problems such as implementing Medicare for All, a Green New Deal, Education Reform and many progressive policies that would alleviate other issues.

I can also touch on UBI when it comes to distribution of carbon tax revenue. A substantial amount of money for every American but it is different from UBI in that this compensates the tax which does raise the prices of fossil fuels.
However people with small footprints, homeless people and people using public transportation will come out ahead.
