This form of state terrorism takes as many black lives as lynchings did at their worst. We can and must work at the city, county level – for that is the only immediate recourse. But the systemic problem is the legal & moral environment in which the police operate.

This is best addressed at the Federal level. The USA spends trillions on national security & military but you’re more likely to be killed by a fellow American or worse, a public servant.
